Second teenager arrested in street murder probe

A second teenager has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of a man in Littlehampton earlier this year.
Paul Lawrence, 51, was found dead in Gladonian Road in the early hours of 28 January.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder on the same day Mr Lawrence was found.
Sussex Police said they have now arrested a second boy, aged 16, on suspicion of murder and malicious communications offences.
The teenagers, who are both from Littlehampton, have been bailed until October.
In a fresh appeal for witnesses, Det Ch Insp Alex Campbell said: “If you know what happened on the morning Paul tragically lost his life, or if you have any information that can assist in our investigation, you can report it online or call 101.”
In January, officers said they were treating the case as an isolated incident and had “no information at this time to suggest a weapon was involved”.
Mr Campbell urged against speculation and said: "I’d like to remind the public that this is an active investigation, and advise them to refrain from speculating or posting anything on social media that could prejudice the right to a fair trial."
