A busy road near Sheffield city centre was blocked when a bus crashed into a tram.

Photos from the scene on Granville Road on Tuesday afternoon showed a collision between a Stagecoach bus and a South Yorkshire Supertram.

Stagecoach said the road was cleared by 17:35 GMT, with delays to Supertram's blue and purple routes.

It is not yet known if anyone was injured in the crash, with the BBC asking the company for further information.
