The blaze at TanTastic, in Broadwater Street West, Worthing, on 21 October was started deliberately, according to Sussex Police.

An 18-year-old man from Portsmouth, who was arrested on Wednesday, remains in police custody on suspicion of conspiring to commit arson with intent.

A 61-year-old unnamed man from Hampshire was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life and released on conditional bail.
