Two baby pygmy goats have been stolen from a field in Kent, according to police.

Officers said they were called at around 21:40 BST on 11 September after the animals were allegedly taken from a field on Meresborough Lane, Rainham.

One of the goats was described by officers as white on the nose and forehead, while the other was brown with white legs and a "distinctive" tuft on its back.

Kent Police said it is making enquiries to locate the animals.

The force urged anyone with information to contact them.
