Woman in her 80s dies after car and tractor crash

A woman has died following a crash involving a car and tractor in Cornwall, police have said.
Emergency services were called to the A392 at White Acres near Newquay at about 09:50 GMT on Wednesday to reports of a Ford Fiesta and JCB tractor colliding.
Devon and Cornwall Police said a local woman aged in her 80s who was taken by air ambulance to Plymouth's Derriford Hospital with serious injuries died on Thursday.
The force has appealed for witnesses and asked anyone with information or relevant dashcam footage to contact investigating officers.
