A man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure in a park, police have said.

Surrey Police said they received reports of a man exposing himself to two teenage girls in Hythe Park, Egham, at about 15:45 BST on Thursday.

Officers said they arrested a 37-year-old man from the town on suspicion of indecent exposure in a public place.

The force said the man had been bailed while inquiries were carried out.

A police spokesperson said: "We are aware of photographs circulating online which allegedly relate to this incident.

"We ask the public not to speculate or share these images further, but to contact us with any information that could assist our investigation."
