Biker, 32, dies after South Lanarkshire crash

A biker has died following a crash in South Lanarkshire.
Police were called to a collision involving a green Kawasaki in East Kilbride, at the junction of Glenburn Road and Glenburn Way at about 15:20 on Friday.
The rider, a 32-year-old man, was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police said inquiries were ongoing and anyone with information is urged to contact them, external.
Sgt Chris Hoggans said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who died at this very difficult time.
“Inquiries into the circumstances are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident and has not already spoken to officers to please contact us."
