A man has been arrested after a motorhome was stopped by a police stinger.

Nottinghamshire Police was called by the owners of the motorhome, who said it had been stolen from their drive in Lowdham at 00:45 BST on Wednesday.

The Peugeot Boxer vehicle was spotted on the Oxton Bypass, and a stinger was used to pop the vehicle's tyres on the A614, the force said.

An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and driving without a licence.
