Storm Bert has brought heavy snowfall, rain and strong winds as it sweeps through parts of the UK, causing widespread disruption.

Snow has fallen across Scotland and parts of northern and central England, alongside the heavy rain and wind that has also hit southern England and Wales.

A number of yellow weather warnings remain in place after an earlier amber warning was lifted, and communities have been warned of flooding and power cuts.

Travel routes are heavily disrupted in some areas with trains cancelled and roads closed.

We've put together a selection of your pictures showcasing the weather around the UK, all sent into us through the BBC's Weather Watchers group. Scroll down to have a look.
