Northamptonshire Police said a "large quantity" of Class A drugs was found at a house in Nethermead Court, in Northampton.
Cash and weapons were also seized, the force said.
The raid was led by the force's Child Exploitation Hub Disruption Team, who executed a warrant at the house just before 06:00 on 29 August.
The police said crack cocaine and heroin with a street value of between £20,000 and £40,000 were found.
Bladed weapons and £2,500 in cash were also seized.
Northamptonshire Police said two men, a woman and two teenage boys were charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
One of the men has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a private place and possession of cannabis.
The 16-year-old has been charged with possession of cannabis, and the other man faces a charge of acquiring criminal property.
The adults were remanded in custody while the teenage boys were released on conditional bail.
They will appear at Northampton Crown Court on 11 October.
