Two BMWs have been seized by police following a car meet which saw over 200 vehicles gather in Hampshire.

Police said the yellow and white BMWs were seized because drivers of the cars had breached previous warnings from officers over the nature of their driving behaviour.

The force said the meet started at Winchester Park and Ride on Sunday shortly before 20:30 GMT.

The car meet then moved to Alton Retail Park on Mill Lane about two hours later.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said officers were working to "identify those involved and consider any further offences they may have committed, in order for us to take the appropriate action."

Police have appealed for anyone with video or dashcam footage from either meet where drivers were reported to be involved in dangerous and anti-social driving.
