PC charged with sexually assaulting three women

A police officer is due to appear in court charged with sexually assaulting three women in a nightclub.
PC Martin Brough, is alleged to have assaulted the women at a venue in York city centre, during the early hours of 1 December 2024, when he was off-duty.
The 43-year-old, who works for West Yorkshire Police's Operational Support unit, has been suspended pending the outcome of the case.
He is due to appear at York Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
