Man, 18, charged over fatal A9 crash in March

Roy Bannerman died in hospital three days after the crash.

An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash on the A9 near Aviemore nine months ago.
The crash, involving a blue Skoda Octavia and a white Toyota Hilux pick-up, happened near Lynwilg at about 13:45pm on Tuesday 5 March.
The driver of the Skoda, 60-year-old Roy Bannerman, was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow with serious injuries. He died there three days later.
The 18-year-old man had previously been arrested and released pending further inquiries.
