The Red Arrows have confirmed they will return to Blackpool this summer to perform an aerobatics display on both days of the resort's annual air show.
The two-day free event draws aviation enthusiasts and families alike to enjoy aerial performances against the stunning backdrop of Blackpool seafront.
This year's show on 9-10 August is expected to attract hundreds of thousands of people to the promenade.
Councillor Lynn Williams, the leader of Labour-controlled Blackpool Council, said: "The sight of the Red Arrows making their dramatic entrance over the world-famous Blackpool Tower is something every single spectator never forgets."
Squadron Leader Jon Bond who heads the nine-jet RAF Aerobatic Team as Red 1 in 2025 said: "It is always fantastic to see the tens of thousands of people lining the beach front at Blackpool and watching the flying."
The Red Arrows are regarded as one of the world's foremost aerial aerobatic display teams and promise a blend of crowd-favourite manoeuvres plus fresh additions.
