A man has been arrested in connection with the theft of thousands of pounds worth of property stolen from a business centre in Nottingham.
Police said a karaoke machine, power tools, and alcohol were among items stolen from Sherwood Business Centre, in Mansfield Road, just after 2:00 BST on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, officers used CCTV to trace the stolen items to a pawn shop in Nottingham.
A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and handling stolen goods.
Police recovered a speaker, projector and doorbell camera, which were all suspected to have been taken during Tuesday's burglary.
PC Ruby Trigger, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "The owner of the property targeted in this burglary has understandably been left very upset about what happened.
"We've also managed to recover items we suspect were taken during this break-in, which we hope will bring the victim some small degree of comfort."
