The winners of the Scottish Nature Photographer of the Year 2023 Awards have been announced.
Overall winner is Edinburgh-based Charles Everitt with his image Lily of the Valley.
Other entries from across Scotland picked up prizes in the awards' different categories.
The winners were chosen by a judging panel made up of photographers Eilidh Cameron, Espen Helland and Niall Irvine.
Charles Everitt's image won the competition's botanical category and overall prize
Libby Penman, from Glasgow, won the nature video prize with her film The King of the Kelvin
Winner of the environmental prize was Ross McLaren with this image called Out of Sight, Out of Mind?
Gabriela Hamza, 12, from Peebles, won the junior photographer of the year accolade
Graham Niven, from Nethy Bridge in Strathspey, won the natural abstract category with an image called Winter Hold
The wildlife behaviour prize went to The Chase by Barry Forbes, from Freuchie in Fife
Erik Lornie, from Scotlandwell in Kinross-shire, took first prize in the landscape - sea and coast category with the Sun-kissed at Elgol, Isle of Skye
Chris Hoskins, from East Calder, won the landscape - urban greenspace honour with Autumnal Edinburgh Castle
University of Dundee's Claire Tytler won student photographer of the year with her portfolio Life in the City
Above and Beyond secured Richard Fox, of Buchlyvie, the wildlife portrait award
