Murder charge after man dies of stab wounds

A man has been charged with murder after a man died of stab wounds, police have confirmed.
Emergency services were called to the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate in North Shields on Wednesday, after reports of a disturbance.
Northumbria Police said Andrew Darn, 35, from North Shields was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 68-year-old man has been charged with murder and possessing a bladed instrument.
A woman in her 50s, who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released with no further action, a spokeswoman for the Northumbria force said.
