A cyclist is in a critical condition in hospital after a crash in Dudley.
The 20-year-old man's bicycle and a blue BMW 1 Series crashed on Duncan Edwards Way at about 22:00 BST on Sunday, West Midlands Police said.
The car involved was found by officers and three men were arrested, the force added.
They were released on bail while the investigation continued and detectives appealed for any witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage to contact them.
