Girl,14, dragged under school bus

A girl was dragged under the front wheel of a school bus when her bag got caught in the door.
The incident happened on London Road, at the junction of Chertsey Mount, in Carlisle at around 16:10 BST on Thursday.
Cumbria Police said the 14-year-old suffered serious leg injuries.
It is appealing for anyone who may have dashcam footage of the incident to contact police to help them establish the "full circumstances".
A spokesman said: "A 14-year-old girl’s bag got trapped in a school bus door whilst she was exiting it.
"The bus, a white coach, had then set off dragging the girl under the front wheel."
