Promenade restrictions in place for building works
- Published
Parking has been suspended on part of a promenade in the south of the island for almost a year to allow for building works in the area.
A footpath on the same stretch of Port St Mary Promenade has also been shut off for the same period until 1 April 2025.
Hartford Homes was granted planning permission to redevelop the site of the former hotel the Bay Queen into 23 apartments, a café and spa and gym facility in April 2021.
Traffic management signage will be in place for the duration of the restrictions.
