A gang of four masked men has raided a Co-op foodstore, getting away with cash, scratchcards and cigarettes.

Suffolk Police was called to the burglary just before noon on Tuesday at the East of England Co-Op shop in Clapgate Lane, Ipswich.

Four men with face coverings carried out the raid, with three of them going behind the till to grab the loot and the fourth man acting as a lookout.

The men, who were white and wearing dark jogging bottoms and gloves, left on foot towards Landseer Road.
