A house fire in Grantham is being investigated by police following multiple recent arson attacks in the area.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue attended the blaze in Dysart Road at about 23:30 BST on Tuesday.
The fire caused significant damage to the roof and first-floor of the house.
Lincolnshire Police said it was "keeping an open mind" about whether there was a connection with three other fires in the town confirmed as being arson attacks.
The fire is believed to have started in the garden before spreading to the house and damaging a neighbouring property.
No one was at home at the time.
