Investigation into 'deliberate' grass fire

An investigation has started after a large grass fire in Nottinghamshire.
Crews were called to the blaze, which is thought to have started deliberately, at the recreation ground in Charnwood Street, in Sutton-in-Ashfield, shortly after 23:00 BST on Friday.
The fire was put out at about 00:40, a spokesperson for the emergency service said.
Police have been informed and an investigation is ongoing.
