Motorcyclist in his 70s seriously injured in crash

Police want to hear from anyone who saw the incident who may not have spoken to officers yet

A man in his 70s is in a serious condition after a road crash.

Gloucestershire Police said it happened shortly before 17:40 BST on 10 July on the Arle Court roundabout in Cheltenham near the junction with the Golden Valley.

The collision involved two vehicles, a grey Volkswagen T-Cross and a red Honda CBR650 motorcycle.

The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with a leg injury. Police said he has since deteriorated and he is currently in a serious condition in Southmead Hospital in Bristol.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or who has dashcam footage and has not already spoken to police is asked to contact officers.
