Man dies a month after car crash

Wiltshire Police said they are investigating the death of a man, a month after he was involved in a single-vehicle collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following the death of a man, a month after he was involved in a collision near Malmesbury.

Wiltshire Police said the man, who was in his 20s, was a passenger in a black Volkswagen GTI when it crashed on 14 April.

The crash happened on the B40B40 Stonehill, between Charlton and Minety at about 17:10 BST.

Police said the driver of the vehicle has been interviewed by officers and further inquiries are ongoing.

Another passenger in the car was also taken to hospital - the nature of their injuries is unknown.

Anyone who recalls seeing the vehicle on the day of the crash, or anyone who may have relevant CCTV or dashcam footage is urged to contact police.
