Six nights of lane closures are due to begin on the A27 in East Sussex.

The closures between Falmer and Hangleton will be put in place overnight between Monday and Friday, and also on 11 December.

Brighton and Hove City Council says the closures are needed so litter-picking can be carried out.

"Access will remain throughout," the council said.
