A man has been charged with a number of driving offences following a road crash.
Gloucestershire Police are appealing for witnesses after a two-car crash on the A46 near Beckford at about 17:00 BST on 29 June.
A police pursuit took place along the road after officers had attempted to stop a car which was later involved in a crash with another vehicle.
Kaya Hilton, 26, of Metchley Drive, Birmingham, has been charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving without insurance, failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and assaulting an emergency worker.
He has been held in custody and is due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on 29 July.
Officers said the occupants of both vehicles involved in the crash were assessed by paramedics as a precaution.
