Major train delays after person dies near Plymouth

Emergency services have said a person has died after an incident on a railway line in Devon.
Police and paramedics were called to a location just outside of Plymouth on Friday morning at 09:14 (BST) following reports of disruption on the line between Plymouth and Totnes.
The incident led to disruption and train cancellations for services between Penzance and Exeter St Davids.
British Transport Police (BTP) said the death was not being treated as suspicious.
Great Western Railway (GWR) said normal services resumed through the area at 13:00 (BST) and were now operating with "some continued minor delays".
A spokesperson for BTP said: “Officers were called to the line in Plymouth at around 09:14 (BST) [on Monday] following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
"Paramedics also attended, however sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene.
"The incident is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
