Man, 21, dies after car crashes into bus stop

A 21-year-old man has died after his car crashed into a bus stop in Fife.
Police said the accident happened on Foxton Drive, Glenrothes, at about 19:40 on Tuesday.
The man, who was driving a yellow Skoda Fabia, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His 19-year-old male passenger was taken to Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, for treatment and later discharged.
Officers said the car appeared to have lost control before it came off the road and collided with the bus stop.
No pedestrians were waiting on a service at the time of the incident.
Sgt Jill Kirkpatrick urged anyone with information to come forward, external.
She said: “Our thoughts and condolences are with the family and friends of the man who died and inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the collision.
“We are looking to speak to any motorists who were on the road around the time of the incident on Tuesday evening, who may have seen a yellow Skoda Fabia, or anything else which could be of significance."
