Man charged over murder bid in Glenrothes

A 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder in Glenrothes.

The incident happened at about 18:50 on 21 December 2023 in the South Street area of the town.

Two men, age 41, were allegedly targeted and one was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police Scotland said a man had been arrested and is due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Monday.
