A man is to stand trial charged with the murder of a mother-of-two at her home in Moray.
Owen Grant, 42, denies attacking Lucretia Donaghy - known as Kiesha - in Anderson Drive in Elgin in November last year.
Mr Grant denies murdering her by repeatedly striking the 32-year-old on the head and body with an unknown object.
The trial is scheduled to start in May next year in Edinburgh.
The case called for a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow.
Judge Lord Arthurson asked prosecutor Christopher Wilson if jurors were likely to see any "distressing footage" as part of the evidence.
The advocate depute said, if there was, it would come in the form of still photos rather than video clips.
The trial is expected to last about 10 days.
