Several Shropshire roads will shut from Wednesday until September so road works can be carried out.
The roads, in Whitchurch, Bishop's Castle, and St Martin's will be repaired and resurfaced by Shropshire Council.
Diversions will be put in place, but access is to remain for businesses, residents, and emergency vehicles where appropriate.
Additionally, National Highways is also to carry out resurfacing work on the A49 in Church Stretton in late September.
Works overview:
Ash Road, Whitchurch to the A41, Bletchley from 14 August to 4 September, closed between 09:30 and 16:00 BST on weekdays
Church Street, High Street and Market Square, Bishop’s Castle from 15 to 21 August, closed between 09:30 and 16:00 BST on weekdays
Colliery Road, St Martin’s, from 22 to 30 August, closed between 18:00 and 06:00 BST
The A49 between the Sandford Avenue junction and Clive Avenue/Laundry Bank will see six full weekend closures in late September
Works to the A41 would be completed in three phases, the council said.
The first phase would begin from Wednesday to 20 August, from Whitchurch Bypass to Ash Magna.
Phase two would be from 21 to 28 August, from Ash Magna to Ightfield, with phase three beginning on 29 August to 4 September, from Ightfield to Bletchley.
In relation to the works on the A49, it added that a public liaison officer (PLO) would be available to answer questions.
The PLO would also carry out visits to residents and businesses before construction began.
