Warning as snow expected to cause disruption
- Published
Widespread and heavy snow is expected to cause disruption over the weekend.
The Met Office has warned there is a "slight" chance of power cuts, travel delays and that some rural communities could be cut off.
A yellow weather warning is in place for the East of England between 12:00 GMT on Saturday 4 January and 09:00 on Monday 6 January.
The new warning comes days after the region was under a yellow weather warning for wind on New Year’s Day.
