Police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly man died following a fall from a mobility scooter.

The man, who was in his 80s, fell from his scooter as he crossed Knoll Road in Camberley, Surrey, at about 11:20 GMT on 22 November.

He was taken to hospital and discharged the same day, but died a week later.

Surrey Police said it would like to speak to anyone who may have seen an interaction between this man and a navy-blue car that led to the fall.

The force said: "We know that there were people in the area at the time who went to help the man and may have witnessed this incident.

"If this was you, please get in touch."
