Police investigate suspicious device found underneath car

People were evacuated from buildings and roads were closed after a suspicious object was spotted underneath a car.
Norfolk Police said it was called to Bank Plain, in Norwich, at about 15:30 BST on Thursday after receiving reports about the item.
Officers said they were assisted by the Explosive Ordnance Device team and the object was recovered. It was reviewed and not believed to be explosive.
Besnik Ademaj, who owns the car, said: "I was in a business meeting with an ex-colleague of mine and as I was approaching the car a lady said 'you have had something put under your car'."

Emergency services, including fire and ambulance, attended the scene and a cordon was put in place.
People within the cordon were evacuated and no-one was injured, police said.
Mr Ademaj added: "I was scared and shocked and I did not know how to act.
"I do not feel safe anymore. It feels life-threatening for me."
Officers added that all the roads had reopened and an investigation had been launched.
