Driver arrested after man dies in A47 crash

A man in his 30s has died following a crash in Norfolk.
A blue Vauxhall Astra was in collision with a white Range Rover Evoque at about 20:40 GMT on Wednesday on the southbound carriageway of the A47 between Hopton and Gorleston.
Norfolk Police said the driver of the Range Rover, a man in his 30s, died at the scene.
The driver of the Vauxhall, a man in his 20s, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and drug driving.
The fire service and an air ambulance attended the scene.
The road was closed overnight and into the morning and was eventually reopened at about 13:30.
Norfolk Police is appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or the moments leading up to it to come forward.
