- Published
Detectives have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to after a young woman suffered a serious sexual assault in a park in Nottingham.
Nottinghamshire Police said the victim was attacked in Victoria Park, off Bath Street in Sneinton, at about 03:00 GMT on Saturday.
The force says it is pursuing a number of lines of inquiry and has appealed to anyone with information to contact detectives.
It said the victim was being supported by specialist officers.
Det Sgt Barry Haines, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "I'd like to thank members of the public who have already assisted our investigation into this serious incident.
"Our inquiries are continuing and we now want to identify the man pictured.
"We believe people who know this man will recognise him from these images."
The force added it had stepped up patrols in the area to "reassure the community" bit did not believe there was a wider risk to the public.
