Police scale back search for missing man

Police have scaled back the search for a missing man last seen almost three weeks ago.
Manuel Pereira, 62, was reported missing after leaving his home on Nelson Road Central in Great Yarmouth in the early hours of 19 August.
Norfolk Police said following extensive searches, officers had "exhausted all lines of inquiry".
The force insisted the investigation remained open and regular patrols would be carried but it would no longer "actively resource a search operation".
"I'm sorry to say there hasn't been any sign of him or any confirmed sighting," said Supt Craig Miller.
"We would still like to hear from anyone who may have seen Manuel or who knows of his whereabouts and will, of course, review any new information that comes in to us."
Police said specially trained officers and resources, including drones and Broads Beat officers, had assisted in the search.
About 2,000 leaflets published in English and Portuguese had also been handed out to the local community.
Shortly after Mr Pereira went missing police asked the public to search for him in sheds and outbuildings.
He is described as black, bald, of slim build, and about 5ft 11in (1.80m) tall, and was thought to be wearing a knee-length black padded coat over a blue Tommy Hilfiger coat, a red and white T-shirt, blue jeans, grey Adidas trainers, and possibly a black hat.
Anyone within information on Mr Pereira's whereabouts is asked to contact Norfolk Police on 101.
