Fire breaks out at scrapyard as warnings issued

A large fire has broken out at a scrapyard in a West Yorkshire town.
Residents of Otley have been told to keep windows and doors closed while fire crews work at the site on Bradford Road.
A plume of smoke around 40 metres high can be seen in the area.
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the incident at 15.31 BST.
Crews from Rawdon, Shipley, Cookridge, Bingley and Stanningley fire stations have been tackling the blaze with foam and large jets, they added.
