Four-vehicle crash shuts major route near city

A major road has been closed by police following a four-vehicle crash.
Emergency services are at the scene on the A16 near Newborough, north of Peterborough.
The crash happened at about 15:30 BST. Details regarding any injuries have yet to be confirmed.
Cambridgeshire Police warned motorists on its X account, external to find alternative routes, with the road expected to be closed for "a long time".
