A shooting victim remains in hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening, police have said.

The man, who is in his 40s, was one of two people injured after a weapon was fired in Stanway Road, Gloucester, at about 21:00 GMT on Saturday.

A woman was also taken to hospital but was discharged by the following day, with Gloucestershire Police saying the cause of her injuries is "yet to be established".

Officers believe three suspects, all wearing dark clothing and helmets, travelled to the scene on two motorcycles. No arrests have been made.
