The family of a 17-year-old motorcyclist killed in crash with a car have said they are "devastated".

Kylan Mulligan died at the scene after his Sinnis Apache motorcycle collided with a Vauxhall Insignia in Basingstoke at about 16:15 GMT on 14 November.

Police said the crash occurred on Winchester Road at the junction of Pittard Road and officers have appealed for witnesses or those with relevant dashcam footage to contact them.

The family of Kylan, who was from Basingstoke, said they were "working to come to terms with the void left by his absence".

They added: "We request space and privacy at this time. At the same time, we would like to thank the emergency services and the public for their help after the crash, this means a lot to us."
