Police are appealing for witnesses following reports of a homophobic attack on two men.

The victims were walking near Starbucks on the Promenade in Cheltenham town centre at about 19:00 BST on 16 October when three youths barged into them and kicked them, Gloucestershire Police said.

The boys, who are thought to be between the ages of 12 and 16 and were all wearing tracksuits, then shouted homophobic abuse, the force said.

Both men were left shaken but were not injured. Police would like to hear from anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage.
