Two murders both involved supply of drugs - police

Two separate murders just weeks apart have involved people in the supply of illegal drugs, a chief constable has said.
Oliver Payne, 38, died from a single stab wound to the chest on Paragon Place in Norwich on 2 August.
On Saturday, the body of a 19-year-old man from London was found inside a block of flats on Lefroy Road in the Mile Cross area of the city.
Paul Sanford, chief constable of Norfolk Police, said the force was making "good progress" in both murder investigations and that there was no risk to the general public.
"The only link between these two murders is that they've involved persons involved in the illegal supply of drugs," he told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"Frankly, as a resident of Norfolk, if you don't operate in that world, there is no risk to you.
"However, I, of course, appreciate these incidents cause significant concern in those communities."
On Monday, police said the body of the man found in a flat on Lefroy Road was believed to have been there for eight days.
The force said it was working with counterparts in the Metropolitan Police and no arrests had been made.
Earlier this month, a man in his 20s was questioned by detectives on suspicion of assisting an offender in relation to the murder investigation on Paragon Place.
Police said "every effort" was going into tracing the suspect.
"We will do our utmost to bring the offenders to justice for these crimes," Mr Sanford added.
