A real estate company has applied to convert some former offices in Wolverhampton city centre into apartments.

BAAZ Property Holdings wants to convert part of the former Press Computer Systems building, a two-storey block on Castle Street.

This would create 12 one and two-bedroomed apartments, according to planning documents lodged with the City of Wolverhampton Council.

The real estate company is also setting up a bar in another part of the building, which is due to open this week, as well as setting up a beauty salon on the site.

Castle Street is next to Wolverhampton's bus station, and is just over a five-minute walk from the city's train station and university.
