A man has appeared in court accused of murdering his wife after she was found fatally injured at a house.
Joanne Samak was found at the property in Chestnut Spinney, Droitwich, in the early hours of 1 July, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mohammed Samak, 42, appeared at Worcester Crown Court, where he pleaded not guilty to murdering Ms Samak.
Mr Samak is due to go on trial at the same court, on 4 November.
In a statement issued last month, the family of Ms Samak paid tribute to her as "a loving, sensitive and generous person", who was looking forward to so much in her life.
