Assisting offender arrest made in murder probe

A man has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender by officers investigating the murder of a dad-of-seven in Cardiff.
The 33-year-old from Caerau was arrested on Wednesday and remains custody.
Colin Richards, 48, from Grangetown, was found unconscious in Snowdon Road, Ely, after reports of a “disturbance” in the Heol-Y-Berllan and Heol Trelai area of Caerau on 7 April.
South Wales Police is searching for two men, James O’Driscol, 26, and Corey Gauci,18, both from Cardiff, who are wanted on suspicion of murder.

People have been warned not to approach either suspect and charity Crimestoppers has offered two £10,000 rewards for information given exclusively to the charity that leads to their arrests.
