Man dies after incident involving forklift truck

A man has died after an incident involving a forklift truck, police have said.
Officers were called to reports of a man trapped under machinery in Erdington, Birmingham, West Midlands Police said.
The force said a man believed to be in his fifties was pronounced dead on the scene shortly after 10:14 BST on Tuesday.
Inquiries to establish exactly what happened are ongoing and the Health and Safety Executive had been informed, the force added.
