Man in court after attempted murder charge
A man from Rochfords Gardens was arrested on Friday

A man has appeared in court after he was charged with the attempted murder of a woman.
Police said they were called shortly before 15:00 on Friday to the Upton Lea area of Slough, Berkshire, following a reported assault.
The woman, who is in her 50s, remains in hospital, police said.
Samir Rasuli, 57, of Rochfords Gardens, Slough, appeared before Reading magistrates on Monday and was remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at Reading Crown Court on 17 March.
