Paramedics treated two people while firefighters put out a blaze which affected a number of outbuildings and sheds.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service were called shortly before 16:00 BST on Sunday to a fire on Stephenson Road in Cowes, on the Isle of Wight.

Multiple island crews using breathing apparatus and hose reel jets brought the fire under control at around 20:00 BST, while the casualties were treated at the scene.

The cause is not yet known but the fire service confirmed six garden buildings were destroyed.
